The Rajiv K. Luthra Foundation is a public charitable organisation, established in the memory of Rajiv Krishan Luthra (1957 - 2023); founder of Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, one of India's largest law firms.  

Rajiv K. Luthra received the ‘National Law Day Award’ in 2008, presented jointly by the then Chief Justice of India, Mr. K.G. Balakrishnan, and the Prime Minister, the late Dr Manmohan Singh; the award recognized his "singular contribution to the practice of corporate and commercial law in India, and for being one of the country's earliest pioneers in international transaction lawyering".
